This is a Rain or Shine tournament. Tournament Directors reserve the right to modify game times, reduce the number of innings, or alter the format of the tournament (e.g., changing from pool play to single elimination) to complete the event due to weather or field conditions. Teams should be prepared to play as scheduled, even with slight delays.

Refund Policy: Complete Rainout with zero games played; full refund. All other refunds at the discretion of our Tournament director. NO Refunds will be given to teams that drop out after March 1st, 2026.
